Once you opt in to our service you can book an initial appointment to talk to someone and find out more about how we can help.

We have wellbeing support to manage anxious thoughts and feelings, help you manage low mood and motivation, cope with feelings of hopelessness and our employment advisors can help you find a way to find work or change direction.

Our partner service Be Well can also support with housing, health, fitness, debt, employment support, motivation and coaching.

We see you, and we’re thinking of you.
Christmas can be joyful, complicated, overwhelming, or painful - sometimes all at once.
Whatever you’re doing today, staying in or heading out, doing a lot or doing your best to do very little, we hope you can find a moment of calm, comfort or kindness for yourself.
