I’m tired of seeing you start over.

I spend a lot of hours reading my DMs. I see the same pattern over and over.

Man on man off…
Shoulder blitz.
Didn’t have long today to hit my session so mixed it up to 4 exercises.
Did a pre 100 press ups to get the shoulders warm then straight into seated lateral raises SS seated press.
Then into cable rear delt flies SS kettlebell upright row.
Sets probably 6 or 7 on each. Shoulders were fired up and a quick little blast to get them endorphins flowing and scratch my daily itch!

Narrow bench, slight elevation, elbows tucked in not flared. Rep out, your partner goes, you go…
