I’m 38 years old. I train nearly every day doing weights, padel, walking, hiking whatever it is. I like to be active but I also need it more for my mind to tell you the truth!
I’m a business owner. Single dad. Live alone. House to run & look after. Good size client base I help daily but if I don’t look after number 1 I can’t help anyone if I’m not right.
I stay in shape year round so 8 days cutting will tighten me up and be more visible than someone who doesn’t do what I do year round.
I watch what I eat daily within reason (me and Fred love a pizza night once a week for a new movie) other than that my days are pretty much the same nutrition wise.
At the minute I’m just adding more cardio in that is all and I will drop bodyfat weekly.
There’s no magic pill other than the boring Jordan being consistent. That’s all guys. I’m no different to you I just turn up daily. Tortoise / hare comes to mind.
Also I know this isn’t the best physique out there etc but Im not competing with anyone but Jordan. See how good I can get and this is all.
*Had a lot of story likes and responses yesterday for this so thought I’d dive in a bit more and let you people know…

Believe me I get it in…
I train alone mostly…
I don’t film every workout…
I don’t have to post a pic that I’ve trained…
My training is my private time most of the time.
I use it for my mind and always have done, especially at the minute!
My advice if your having stress at the minute get moving, get exercising, get some space to yourself, get in the gym, get hiking, get biking…
Whatever just do something for that hour of peace!

This has been insane so far!
50kg squat from not a even a great bodyweight squat at the start. Had to do a total technique over hall to progress with weight.
40kg deadlifts and she only weighs 50kg šŸ˜®šŸ‘šŸ».
This progress is flying now!

Had this message a lot last night ā€œdo I track everything?ā€
No in regards to logging. I eye ball my food because I’m pretty happy with my physique ATM and I know pretty much what I’m taking in and how my body responds.
If you are trying to lose weight and change though I would 100% say log and track as I do with my clients.
I have a lot of experience and different diets and plans I’ve tried I know what I need and I know my own body.
So deffo track yours until you’re happy and know how your body responds.
I fast every day and like bigger meals in the evening.
Works perfectly for me and my goals.
I repeat if you’re trying and starting out deffo track everything so you know what needs to change or stay the same.
