It has been a pleasure getting to know you, sharing the teachings and seeing your growth and development.

Massive thank you to .pregnancy.chiropractor for bringing their wisdom, experiences and energy into the course as our guest speakers ( Midwife, Chiropractor & Obstetrician & Gynaecologist ) very grateful to have welcomed you into the space. 🙏 You were all bloody amazing!

This fully accredited 5 day in person course is available twice a year to book with creative calm yoga studio. Prestwich Manchester

✨join us for a devotional evening of mantra, music, and medicine, as we gather in satsang to remember the Divine within and all around us.
👏🏼All you need to bring is your voice. Paul Makinson of Simply Spiritual Healing will be bringing his beautiful Kirtan to Manchester - his regular Kirtan events are based in and around Leeds, so it’s a great opportunity to come and gather at Creative Calm and spread the beauty of Kirtan further north! Kirtan is a form of Bhakti (devotional) yoga - where we will sing sacred mantras, uplift the mind, open the heart and bring an inner peace. Creating positive ripples of energy not only for ourselves but sending out love, compassion and joy for all beings. Cacao is a beautiful heart opening drink that will be served and blessed to open the gathering.

🗓️Starts 6th Feb with a couple of spaces remaining.

🧘‍♀️This 40 hour course is suitable for non Yoga teachers (whilst some yoga knowledge is preferable you do not have to be a yoga teacher to attend)
