Supporting those with mental illness, helping them live full and rich lives and enabling them to come out of isolation and be part of their community, is at the heart of what we do.
As we celebrate , please remember that the smallest thing - a listening ear, a shoulder to cry on, a patient and understanding heart - can make the world of difference to someone suffering from mental health illness.
