Mary Tilley

Mary passed away at home aged 75 years.
Mary’s family would like to invite everyone that knew her to celebrate her life.

Mary’s funeral will take place Friday 20th March 10:00 at Boarshaw Crematorium.

Family flowers only please.

Six weeks until Easter Sunday. We’ve already began our fifth drive to collect easter eggs for the children in our community. Each egg helps spread that extra joy that kids love so much on Easter Sunday. It is one of our personal favourites, as we hand deliver all donations directly to schools, nurseries and families in the community.

If you wish to contribute, please drop off any donations to our office at 12 Old Hall St, Middleton, M24 1AN.

We’ve plenty of time to fill this window and make Easter that ever more joyful for the young boys and girls in our hometown.

Anthony Liddle

Liddy

Passed away peacefully at home aged 65 years.
Liddy’s family would like to invite everyone that knew him to celebrate his life.

Liddy’s funeral will take place Friday 20th February 10:00 at Boarshaw Crematorium.
Family flowers only please.

If you would like to follow liddy to the crematorium he will be leaving Martindale at around 9:30.

After the crematorium all are welcome back to The Gardners Hollin lane.

For the fifth year running, we’re proud to be collecting Easter eggs for local children!
As we begin our 2026 Easter Egg Collection, we’re inviting our community to get involved once again. Every donated egg helps bring a smile to a child’s face and supports the amazing local organisations doing so much good.
All eggs are hand distributed by yours truly around the Middleton community. We’ve even kicked it off early with our own Malteser egg (more to come) 😆🪺

Anthony Allcock

31.05.1941 - 21.01.2026

Anthony, aged 84, passed peacefully at North Manchester General Hospital. Anthony’s family would like to invite all who knew Anthony to his celebration of life service, to share warm memories of his life.
The funeral service for Anthony will take place on 24th February at Middleton Crematorium, 11:50am. Attendees are welcome to donate to Springhill Hospice, and we ask for family flowers only please.
Everyone is welcome to join us at the Woodside Working Man’s Club after the service.
