We are able to arrange both traditional and bespoke funerals with either a religious or non-religious content. We are members of the National Association of Funeral Directors and therefore you have complete peace of mind in knowing that the service you will receive will be delivered with the utmost professionalism and integrity

We can be contacted 24 hours a day and our caring team are able to offer both guidance and advice to help you create the best possible funeral for your loved one. Funeral arrangements are generally made at our premises in Prestwich - normal office hours 09.00 – 18.00, however, many families find it comforting to be in their own surroundings at this time and we are happy to come to your home for this purpose.

We are proud to say that we have continued to sponsor our local rugby club Sedgley Tigers. On Friday myself and my colleague Boydell attended a sponsor evening kindly hosted at the club.

We had a wonderful evening the company of some great people, sharing memories particularly of my dad Simon, who spent a lot of time there. It was lovely to hear tales about him through friends and people who he shared great times with.

Thank you to Sedgley Park Rugby Club for hosting us at this event, and for all the amazing work you do for the community.

Lots of messages last night following the brave BBC appearance by John Hunt and his daughter Amy.

Such an honour of him to read this poem and bittersweet as always to know my book LOSS has been helpful.

In loving memory of Carol, Hannah and Louise who lived with love as their lead and leave a legacy of more.

I always find that important days without someone you love are the hardest. Today, we celebrate the absent fathers, grandfathers, the people in your life you wish to be with on this day.

In my personal experience I have always found this day difficult. I have learnt over the past 7 years to treasure the beautiful memories we spent together. Yet it does not diminish the hole in your heart, we just have to learn to fill it with other sources of love.

Today, I remember my beautiful Grandad Pat. Who made a lasting impression on my soul, and I consider myself lucky to have known unconditional love from this beautiful man. Although I am sad, I will try to fill my heart with love today, because we know that our loved ones would want us to smile.

When grieving it can be hard to live in the moment, and appreciate what we still have. Yet we can still take small moments to appreciate what we have with us right now. It might be a furry friend, listening to the wind rustle the leaves in the trees or a coffee with a friend.
