I’m passionate about helping people relieve pain and improve their through Osteopathy and Acupuncture.

After completing my five-year Osteopathy degree at the College of Osteopaths / University of Middlesex, I’ve gained further training with the British Medical Acupuncture Society and have over 16 years of experience helping patients recover from pain and injury in London, Glasgow, and Manchester.

A fantastic day of continuing professional development at the British Medical Acupuncture Society Autumn Meeting in London.

Highlights included:
🔹 Acupuncture for Long Covid – preliminary RCT results from Jacqueline Filshie (Royal Marsden NHS Trust)
🔹 Treating Myofascial Trigger Points in the Muscles of Mastication to Resolve Headaches – Dr Roop Mann
🔹 The Mazzanti AcuOsteo Method – Dr Umberto Mazzanti’s approach to shoulder pain combining acupuncture and osteopathy

It’s always inspiring to learn from leading clinicians and stay up to date with advances in evidence-based acupuncture and integrative healthcare.

And of course, the weekend was topped off with a proper London experience — a classic pie & mash and a cup of Rosie Lee! 🥧☕🇬🇧
