For the last week I have been helping to fix and manage a Back injury that happened at the Patients work whilst heavy lifting, it's been very rewarding for me to help others in their hour of need and discomfort.
A back injury can be disabling at work and keep you off work for months, but also effect home life. But I have located the injury site and worked on the area with therapy treatment to help the scare tissue to heal and repair with added rehabilitation to strengthen the core and help with the flexibility of the patients back for a full recovery to 100%. If you have an injury from work or home please do not leave it, get it fixed so you have 100% movements with pain free.
