Last October, I think.... I started a morning group where I shared my morning ritual. To be honest it was amazing, the ladies who joined got so much outbof it & moved through their days with ease & flow ✨️💃❤️

➡️The only thing was it really drained my energy, I have tried to do it a few more times but I find it quite exhausting sharing my energy early in the mornings 😊

So I have come up with another idea.
