Nature teaches us that winter is the time of year to slow down and conserve energy; most mammals hunker down into hibernation or slow their movements to a minimum, but not humans.
The winter months can feel more challenging as our pace of life is affected by changes in temperature, light and landscape; and whether you embrace it or escape it, Christmas can be overwhelming for many.
This month’s restorative yoga workshop focus is on exploring a sense of calm for the body and mind, through a blend of floor-based postures and Yoga Nidra.
