We are looking for a Registered Manager in the Manchester Area. In a Full time position (37.5 - 40 hours per week) to start as soon as possible.

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 Salary (Negotiable depending on Experience)

Job Role:

We are a 5 bedded Residential Care Home based in Manchester providing support to those with a learning disability. We are seeking a highly qualified Registered Home Manager with proven track record of building a care home from scratch. Applicants will need to be capable of working alongside a small team, managing and operating a care Home.

As a Registered Home Care Manager you will be reporting back to the Directors. You will be responsible for the day to day management of the service ensuring high standards are met throughout the home. You will be working with the CQC to improve standards. Ideally, we are keen to speak to home Managers with previous turnaround who has experience of bringing in the framework through local authorities.

Experience and Qualifications:
· A Manager with LDU Experience (Learning Difficulties unit)
· Bonuses/ Incentives/Company Car incentive
· Experience is Required and should be a minimum of 2 Years (Essential)
· Current CQC Registered Manager with a Good Rating
· Experience of managing staff and residents
· Troubleshooting/ turnaround experience
· Must have a background in supporting disability patients
· Full UK Driving Licence
· Must have experience of local commissioners

Are you looking for a more diverse role within your care career? I am looking for a candidate to take on this full time role Monday-Friday in supporting one of our clients who is visually impaired.

Duties will include; Assistance with visual cues and other administrative tasks such as note-taking and schedules. Access to your own vehicle is a necessity for this role as you will be driving our client around on a day to day basis. Class 1 business insurance is required. Management, organisation and preparation of equipment and resources for our client.
