It's that time of year when my phone is 'pinging' with requests for group details.
😊People are stopping me in the street and shops and telling me they will be back in January
🥰Others are telling me they are thinking about joining after seeing a friend or family member has done so well.

DOES THIS LOOK FAMILIAR? - which have you tried?

I remember trying the shake for breakfast & nipping to Macdonald’s by 11am I was so hungry

And I still remember the jittery feeling from pills

And cabbage soup… that was brutal! And very smelly 🤣

Thank goodness I found Slimming World when I did - NORMAL food, no hunger and plenty of support to change those unhealthy habits 🤗
