Eirian is an ERYT500+ senior yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance and Yoga Therapist with the British Council of Yoga Therapy (BCYT). With a fun loving spirit, she ensures her classes are playful and accessible, creating a supportive environment where students can move freely, reconnect to themselves & feel empowered through their practice. Eiran’s therapeutic practices are rooted in Embodied Yoga & Somatic Movement with a trauma informed approach. She works creatively with Energetic Bodywork, Chakra and Elemental theories, offering a container for self expression, introspection and meditation - guiding practices and rituals to help you find balance within yourself and the rhythms of nature.

Snippets of summer, hardly been posting because I'm allergic to social media when re-building my foundations!

The start of summer was tricky, grieving the sudden closure of Blok MCR - a space that has been my base, not only for teaching but also working out and socialising with peers for the past three years! 💔

I also moved out of my apartment, something that also wasn't planned and took some time to accept & let go of.

Two big shifts meant new routines & new work opportunities in a familiar city, returning back to myself & community through music, nature & new activities...

1. Gymnastics - there's something exhilarating about being scared over and over again 🤪

Mental Health Awareness Week & Social Media Boundaries 🙃

In my luteal phase and finding everything a bit much right now. Insomnia, stress, emotional swings — it’s all louder this week.

I’ve stepped back from posting, scrolling, even engaging. The noise is a lot. While I love the wisdom some accounts share (tagged), the real medicine is often in stepping away & tuning in.

Our energy is cyclical — we weren’t designed to always be on.

Right now, I’m resting, reconnecting. River time with friends, sunshine, gentle movement, and space to feel.

I’m also slowly planting seeds for offerings later this year — letting ideas root without rushing them.

If you’re feeling the pull inward too, you’re not alone.
What’s one thing helping you rebuild capacity this week?

Dipping in and out as I listen to what’s needed. You can still join me for in person practices, I'll just be quieter on here.

It was Earth Day yesterday, but let's be honest - IT'S EARTH DAY EVERY DAMN DAY!

I've taken a bit of a step back from this platform the past week, managing a load of boring but much needed admin stuff on my laptop instead. Tax return, changing emailing marketing software, bla blah blahhhhh but it all has to get done.

I've spent less time walking outdoors than usual, but what little time I've had in the garden cat sitting, has given me glimmers of joy.
 
Oh how I wish to be a rabbit in a burrow munching on grapes, but sat at my laptop eating marmalade hot cross buns will have to do instead. 

A gentle reminder to myself & others, don't take Nature & our Mother Earth for granted. We need them more than they need us!

On this potent NEW MOON SOLAR ECLIPSE in Aries (my sign!), I want to share why I do what I do...

Yoga found me in my early 20s and helped me navigate stress-induced insomnia and burnout. As a raver turned Yoga Therapist, I’ve learned to blend my love for movement with deep rest, guiding playful and supportive practices for connection, expression, and nervous system regulation.

Now, as I dance through the early stages of perimenopause (which can start as early as 35 and last up to ten years!), sleep and stress regulation remain central themes. Just when I thought I had things (kinda) figured out with my nervous system... perimenopause shows up with its own set of challenges! YEYYY

Frequent 3am wake-ups, rashes and heat during my luteal phase, BIG emotional shifts, and irregular cycles remind me WHY this work matters.

For over nine years, I’ve supported others with stress regulation, sleep recovery, and resilience. As I move into the next decade of my business, I’m looking to expand my online offerings and make courses more accessible—helping YOU navigate life’s challenges with more ease and joy. 

🌿 My resources: nature, somatic movement, deep rest, dance & play. 
🌀 My focus: nervous system regulation, self-expression & resilience.

It’s Sleep Awareness Week, so here’s an honest share: sleep is still a journey for me. I’m trying not to get stuck in the frustration and instead root myself in my practice, my support system, and trust it's just a phase. 

I know this latest cycle of poor sleep has been triggered by emotional turmoil, but as I approach 39, the looming question of perimenopause lingers—I can’t help but wonder if hormonal shifts and unpredictable changes are making everything feel harder. It’s A LOT to navigate. 

I’m grateful for the resources that help me through—my yoga practice, nervous system regulation, and therapy.

But I also want to say: Slide 4 is meant to inspire, not overwhelm. After years of refining my practice, I know that in tough times, even one small thing—like a daylight walk or forward folds in bed—can help. Start with one, see if it resonates, and build from there.

Hey ho, on we go. Sometimes I wish I wasn't so bloody sensitive and I envy those who can sleep no matter what. But at least my own struggles give me firsthand insight into what my clients are going through!
