Mersey Medical Services Ltd is looking for dedicated Urgent Care Assistants to join our dynamic and caring team! 💙

As an Urgent Care Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality pre-hospital care to patients across the region. Every shift is different — and every one makes a difference.

✨ What you’ll be doing:
Providing safe and effective care to patients in need
Driving emergency vehicles (if qualified) and ensuring patient safety during transport
Supporting with clinical observations and basic life support
Working as part of a professional, compassionate team

👩‍⚕️ What we’re looking for:
A caring, calm, and professional attitude under pressure
Great communication and teamwork skills
Reliability and flexibility – no two days are the same!
Physically fit and ready for an active role
Full UK driving licence 🚘 (Category C1 desirable)
Minimum FREC 4 Qualification

💡 Experience in patient care or emergency services is an advantage, but not essential — full training and mentorship are provided for the right candidates.

As a Patient Transport Assistant, you’ll be the friendly face helping patients get to and from their hospital appointments, treatments and other health visits safely and with care. It’s a role full of purpose – supporting people when they need it most.

✨ What you’ll be doing:
• Transporting patients to hospital and healthcare appointments
• Helping those with limited mobility, using specialist equipment
• Offering reassurance, kindness, and a smile on every journey
• Working as part of a caring, supportive team
