Training's going to look a little different this year ππΌββοΈπ΄π»ββοΈ got a couple of events booked in the calendar which means now switching to a more endurance focused plan (quite a change from my regular and preferred training for speed, strength, power) but I feel like it's time to take on some new challenges. The long runs and rides will gradually increase in distance. Speed sessions for both will stay in the mix. Lower body workouts will incorporate more isometrics, eccentrics and plyometrics. Upper body workouts will stay the same. The mobility/stretch/roll routine will be a daily constant as always. Let's see what all-round peak athleticism can look like for me at 37 πͺπ»
