Training's going to look a little different this year 🏃🏼‍♂️🚴🏻‍♂️ got a couple of events booked in the calendar which means now switching to a more endurance focused plan (quite a change from my regular and preferred training for speed, strength, power) but I feel like it's time to take on some new challenges. The long runs and rides will gradually increase in distance. Speed sessions for both will stay in the mix. Lower body workouts will incorporate more isometrics, eccentrics and plyometrics. Upper body workouts will stay the same. The mobility/stretch/roll routine will be a daily constant as always. Let's see what all-round peak athleticism can look like for me at 37 💪🏻

I can’t believe it’s almost been 1 year now since I got the keys 😳 It has been such hard work taking this premises and business expansion on (whilst somehow still doing all of my regular appointments around the months and months of planning, designing, renovating, decorating and kitting out 😅) but it’s all been so worth it to take Flux to the next level - being able to create a premium physical therapy clinic to the high standards that I had always envisioned is literally a dream come true 🥳

The last big thing on the to-do list now is just get all of the exterior branded up… another quick and easy task I’m sure 👀

Following that there will be lots more updates and additions to the clinic and services throughout next year which I’m so excited to keep rolling out. Keep an eye on your emails for a newsletter with some more details soon 📨

Logo update! 🙌🏻

The new clinic deserves something fresh and here it is 😎 the original logo was great since starting off but it never really stood out quite enough - the brief for the update was to make it bolder and modern with a clean and simple touch… nailed it 👏🏻 You’ll be seeing this logo up in lights on the front and side of the new clinic (and elsewhere) very soon!

SO excited for this next chapter and the hard work starts now on getting the whole of this premises refurbed, branded, kitted out and done-up to the highest spec to provide a whole new level of premium sports therapy 😎

This is a huge step forwards with my business that I’ve been planning for a long time now and it’s going to lead to even bigger and better things 🙌🏻 lots of new equipment, treatments and services will be on the way throughout 2023!
