We also have 'The Hub' in Sale, Manchester, which provides Day opportunities for adults. About the role
We are looking for a skilled and values-driven Team Leader to support a young man to live a meaningful, active, and fulfilling life, while leading a staff team to deliver high-quality, person-centred support.
“Sammy” is a 26-year-old man with a great sense of pride in his appearance and a wide range of interests. He responds well to positive relationships, encouragement, and consistency. Sammy enjoys staying active, spending time in the community, and taking part in social activities such as live music events, discos, and karaoke nights.
As Team Leader, you will play a key role in both direct support and leadership. You will be responsible for developing and guiding the staff team to deliver support that is person-centred, proactive, and grounded in Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) principles.

We are seeking people that can commit to working WEEKENDS! Make a difference in 2026, with Key Care & Support. You will be providing person-centred support for people with learning difficulties and autism. Experience in a similar role in SUPPORT/CARE/SOCIAL work is desirable. (People with no formal experience but do have informal experience and a passion to support vulnerable people considered as training can be given.) Sponsorships are not available.
