Join us this coming Sunday for a wonderfully refreshing restorative session at the Yoga Rooms in Chorlton.

We will be focusing on the deeper connection to our breath and the pauses between where nothing happens. This is for you if you are feeling overwhelmed, in need of some rest or simply yearning for a quiet space in which to put down the doing mindset.

I am so happy to have worked with two groups of committed students on this programme already.

It is now time to welcome the next iteration!
You may wish to take on the full training or like a number of students already, you may decide to take some modules this time and complete on the 2028 course.This is the beauty of this modular system.

There is also the possibility of repeating some of the modules at a reduced rate for those who have already completed.

And of course for those who wish to, after completing the first foundations module there is the option of just taking one module, such as Move Well or Breathe Well, maybe taking one module each year as a form of CPD.

Because of the flexibility of this course you can take as long as you need to absorb the material.

This is a unique offering and an excellent foundational training which creates a great platform for the 800 Hours Svastha Yoga Therapy IAYT approved training.

We are so excited to announce this autumn's visit from Nitya Mohan. Here in this beautiful film by you can get a sense of how wonderful these events are. Whether you have attended previously, or are new to Svastha Yoga, you are so welcome to join us. The seminar lasts for 3 days, however it is designed so that the days can stand alone and you may attend one, two or three days. The title of the event is "Inner Strength and Resilience through Mantra" . Over the three days we will explore the transformative power of sound and mantras in yoga as tools for cultivating inner strength and emotional resilience. This Sunday I am welcoming you to a workshop to transition to spring.

This restorative afternoon is like a short retreat to refresh and reset the system.
However the year has felt this far, this is a wonderful opportunity to take stock and open the gateway to spring.

Observing Ayurvedic principles we will take extra special care to support body breath and mind as we move into the new season .

You are so welcome regardless of whether you have attended before, or if it’s been a while and wish to return.

It is back!! I haven't been able to do this for a while for a number of reasons, and now will be offering them seasonally.

These intensive weeks are designed to gradually buiild a pranayama practice that you can take away and work with until the next time.You now have the possibility of coming every week in-between too help support you with this practice,

It doesn't matter how much experience you have, these sessions are designed to make pranayama accessible.
This weeks theme will be expanding the light.

Just one month to go before my Spring Reset retreat and I have a few spaces available.

If you are struggling with your health, your energy levels are all over the place or you just feel the year is flying and you need to put the brakes on, this is the weekend for you.

I have many years experience of creating accessible and profound retreats. As many of you know I specialise in therapeutic yoga and yoga to support mental health.

I would love to hear from you if you have never done a retreat before and are looking for a welcoming supportive environment. Or if you are a practitioner who would like to bring a friend or family member along who may be new to yoga.

This weekend will be welcoming, warm and friendly with no pressure. I try to keep the weekend spacious with plenty of free time as a yoga retreat shouldn't feel like another to do list!

The venue is beautiful, historic and full of character.Food is tasty and hearty and en suite bedrooms are comfortable and light.
This is not a heavily curated event with goody bags or collaborations, it is instead an old school kind of retreat that isn't intimidating or trendy!
