🌿 Restless Legs After Hip Surgery: My Personal Healing Story with Pulsatilla 🌿

Earlier this year, I had a hip replacement, a big step in my healing journey. It went well and I took Arnica and other remedies to support my healing.
Then on day three of recovery around 7 pm my legs suddenly felt super restless. I couldn’t sit still. The only slight relief came when I lay flat in bed, but even then, my legs kept twitching. It was uncomfortable, unsettling, and came with a general feeling of inner warmth and emotion—I found myself tearful that day without any real reason.

As a homeopath, I tuned into my symptoms:
➡️ Restlessness, especially in the evening
➡️ Twitching legs
➡️ Relief from lying down
➡️ General warm sensation
➡️ Heightened emotions and crying

These pointed clearly toward a remedy I know well: Pulsatilla.

💧 After taking a dose, I noticed my legs calmed down over the next couple of hours. I also experienced a bit of painless ankle swelling, something that resolved naturally within two days.

Since then, if my legs ever start acting up again, I turn to Pulsatilla, and it’s continued to offer me relief.

The use of antibiotics in meat production is making antibiotics less effective making it more difficult to heal from conditions such as sepsis and urinary tract infections.
In 2019 antibiotic-resistant bacteria directly killed over 1.2 million people, including 35,000 Americans, and more than 3 million others died from diseases where antibiotic resistance played a role.
It’s true that animals sometimes do need antibiotics to fight infection, but the US meat industry is using these drugs as a preventative measure, not to fight one-off infections.

I was on antibiotics myself for prevention and treatment of kidney infections and cystitis taking different ones in rotation daily for 43 years.
Thanks to homeopathy and supplements like D mannose, I have not needed to take them since 2017.
