Carers Corner Salford Caring for the There is no agenda. We talk about anything and everything. We meet every Tuesday morning between 9.30 and 12 noon.

We are Carers of family and friends, who meet in a relaxed and friendly setting to talk about the realities of being a Carer and how it is for us. Good morning
All you lovely carers
It’s my 9th birthday on line doing we care
I just want to thank you all for your support
But now we have a new chapter we still will be online but we’ve also now created a ladies group called heads up ladies. This is for mental health and well-being located at the pavilion in Little Hulton from 5-7pm every Tuesday so if any of you ladies would like to come along and get involved, we’ve got a different activities every week. Also we will be fundraising outside the Ellesmere Centre on Saturday the 12rh July from 9am - 1pm please if you can please come along and support us, have a chat come alone and see what we’re all about many thanks,

We care Salford strive to support Carers with in Salford and the individuals that they care for our aim is to recognise how important carers are to our community's and the role they play in society.

Carers save the economy £132 billion per year, an average of £19,336 per carer (carers UK

we care Salford aim to provide a good listening ear and team up with services that carers deal with on a day to day basis such as social services and be a voice for them with in a relaxed non judgemental environment we have been running for 3 years and had many people attending our groups around Salford covering mental and physical health

72% of carers said they had suffered mental health as a result of caring and having no body to turn to for support and advice
