I thought I'd share a little bit about me as when you come to see me it's all about you, but naturally you want to know a little bit about who you're opening up to..........

👋🏻 I'm Jenny, and my business is Unity Therapies Counselling and Supervision. I’ve been helping people feel and cope better for over 16 years.

👉🏻 I'm a counsellor and clinical supervisor working in person in Sale, Manchester but online with anyone, anywhere.

🧠 Using the letter from my business name 'Unity', I help you Understand and Nurture Insight to Trust in Yourself. This is a great aim, no matter what your issue, such as anxiety, stress, emotional dysregulation, low mood, confidence and self-esteem, depression, grief, work issues, friendship / relationship issues, ADHD and more.

I really enjoyed presenting to this amazing group of business people at 8am this morning! 😁

Thanks Manchester Business Breakfast Club for the opportunity and to everyone for listening, it's nice to be on the other side and be listened to. Also, thanks for participating. As business owners it can be hard to look after yourself and there were some great shares about what people do to help themselves feel and cope better, but also recognition that we needed to do more and more regularly 🙌🏻
