What regular activities do you have in place to look after your mental health?

I'm a counsellor, but first I'm a human so to look after my mental health I have a few regular 'go to' activities to help - yoga, gratitude, meditation and music for mood. I explain a bit more about how each helps in the posts.

This is normal and I've been there myself.
