Hi all
Just want to let you know I have implemented a cancellation policy, if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, or you decide when your at your appointment time, that you don't need or want your treatment, you will be charged the full fee.
For example, I have booked you in for a manicure and other treatments at your request, which then i book out time for in my diary, and you decide while at the appointment time, you don't fancy having your nails done for what ever reason. Maybe your nails are not long enough, or you're just not in the mood or you have changed your mind about having the treatment done. Then I will charge you the full fee for the manicure.
I need people to understand that this is a business, not a hobby. This is my wage, and people need to be respectful of my time. Time is money.
And I will be clamping down on this, this year.
