Our first proper ‘spooky season’ shoot was a success and me & all the mamas cannot wait to see the photos… but for now my ones on set will have to do 🎬 including off set celebrations with our boys after!

you have unknowingly (or knowingly knowing you 🧙) helped me with some real mental health battles from being diagnosed with PND late last year…
You mentioned in your last class on Wednesday at that if any of us had showed up and used our hearts to stay for the class rather than our heads then thank you-well that was me 🤍
You’ve taught me the only person who can help myself is me and to stand in my power-for that I am eternally grateful ✨
And the fact you’re moving to Rawtenstall is a sign our journey together isn’t over, oh and by the way my abs are still on fire! 😂
