၀၁-၀၃-၂၀၂၆ (လ၏ ပထမအပတ် တနင်္ဂနွေနေ့) နံနက် ၁၁:၀၀ နာရီ မှစတင်၍ စည်ကားသိုက်မြိုက် စွာကျင်းပခဲ့ပါသည်။

ရပ်ဝေးရပ်နီးမှ လာရောက်ရျ် ဆွမ်းကပ် သည့် ဓမ္မမိသားစု များ အားလုံးကို သာဓု သာဓု သာဓု ခေါ်ပါသည်။

မွေးနေ့ရည်စူး ဆွမ်းကပ်လှူသူ ၂ ဦး အားလည်း မင်္ဂလာ အပေါင်းနှင့် ခညောင်းသော မွေးနေ့ဖြစ်ပါစေဟု ဆုတောင်းပေးပါသည်။

In the new year, Sayadaw said that we need to ensure the following. To be "Noteworthy" all the time...meaning to note ...to be present in your body whatever you posture is...in the daily activities..but more so in the 4 main postures.

Thanks to Dr Aye and Dr Htay and all families that we met up yesterday. Sadu sadu sadu to all the kusala on Sunday. Please come to share our merits again on First sunday of February.
May you all have a noteworthy year ahead!
