An aware mind and a supple body can achieve anything!

My journey in this life, as a girl, dancer and then fitness professional has taken me through the physical and mental challenges of discipline,understanding the body in different ways, and challenges that require change.I suffered a severe injury that meant I had to stop dancing and Pilates saved me physically.Then after challenges like anxiety and depression i was driven to Yoga which saved both and works perfectly with Pilates to create me at my physical peak at 40.Despite suffering with slipped or torn discs in both my cervical and lumbar region and having hip and knee problems from my years of dancing, I am free of pain and the most flexible and strong I have EVER been.

I have been teaching for over 20 years, It is my passion to share what I know to help regular people just like me ,suffering from mental or physical challenges to find peace and freedom to live their best life.I pride myself on the importance of the people i teach, It is always about them and I have more friends than clients these days.

I teach general classes as well as specific classes for runners, I am a qualified Personal Trainer, Pilates level 3, Yoga Alliance TTC 200, Ex-Professional Dancer and Teacher,(to name a few ) and have worked with Manchester City F.C and many other large sports and recognized associations.

It takes discipline and awareness to create lasting change and a decision to no longer be stuck in limiting patterns of pain.I make it my passion to guide people through fitness and holistic means to find their own path and create lasting positive changes.
