After hearing the sad news of Joe Browns death and without being able to get out there and climb his routes I did the next best thing. I am very much looking forward to reading this and keeping myself busy during quarantine.

In these strange and turbulent times we all yearn for adventure. It is difficult being stuck indoors whilst the days lengthen and the sun shines. This (unfortunately) is not the time for exploration. The sooner we understand that the sooner that time will come again. We suggest using this time for some inner adventures. There has never been a better time for reading a good book in the garden...
Heres a list of some of our favourites:

On Easter Sunday we got a few of the crew together and went up to in the Yorkshire dales for a touch of wild swimming.

Although none of us can quite compare to we had a good time jumping in and playing in the water. Spending days in the exactly how they should be spent; in the with good friends.

We love this video of resident running the graveyard section on the river Tryweryn. This is the first time Katie has managed this section and she absolutely smashed it!

and made the most of the fantastic spring weather and went out to do some sport climbing at Castle Inn quarry & Penmean Head along the A*5 in North Wales.
•
Castle Inn quarry has been described as 'belay from the car' crag and once you've been there you can see why. It makes your local climbing wall look like a long walk in! •
With them both being less than 2 hours drive from Manchester and with a backdrop like this, if you haven't been, why not?

Sorry we've been a bit quiet over the last week - we're currently spending 10 days travelling around Morocco!
•
On Sunday morning we were lucky enough to travel up to the Ourika Valley which is along the foothills of the Atlas mountains. We climbed some brand new sport routes that have been recently bolted by they founded and developed the area themselves, and there are some really fun, slabby and technical routes.
•
The sandstone was great to climb, the company was lovely and the views were spectacular. If you ever find yourself in Morocco and want a fun day out climbing in beautiful scenery, be sure to contact Jeremy for more information.
