Our Cheadle home has been booked by an engineering company from May until December, with the potential to extend for two years 📆

They initially contacted us after securing a project at a nearby sustainable energy plant, and just a few days later their team arrived at our home 🏡

Thankfully, our client has enjoyed the experience of working with us so much, that they’ve advised we’ll be their first preference for all of their future projects in Manchester 🐝

One of the aspects of an All-Ready Home™ that our clients value the most is the ability for their team to enjoy home cooked meals 🍽️

As our guests stay with us for weeks or months at a time, it means that variety is important.

That’s why every All-Ready Home™ comes with a fully-equipped, modern kitchen (while our homes are also situated close enough to restaurants for plenty of Deliveroo options ☺️).

We believe that having a variety of great dinner options helps our guests to feel at home, and when people feel at home, they sleep better, eat better, and work better 👷🏽‍♂️

While contractors account for the vast majority of our clients, we often host families that are relocating from other cities or countries (in this instance, South Africa 🇿🇦).

Though a spotless environment is a prerequisite when hosting guests, we believe comfort goes beyond a nice couch or a soft mattress, and is instead about inducing a sense of ease from the moment a guest arrives at one of our homes.

For us, this includes seemingly small details such as ensuring the fridge and kitchen are stocked with necessities, or ensuring the house is warm prior to their arrival.

While no company can achieve perfection, it doesn’t stop us from striving to provide a “home away from experience for every guest stay”, and in this instance, it felt great to receive the affirmation that’s we’d accomplished our mission ⭐️

In today’s market, a plethora of serviced accommodation providers compete for a limited number of guests.

Most deploy a simple strategy - reduce costs by investing in cheap furniture and amenities 📉

While this might satisfy travelling football fans or hen parties, our average client stays with us for months at a time, and so we place paramount importance on their comfort.

We believe that if we continue to prioritise our guests comfort, we’ll continue to provide a “home away from home" experience, and ultimately, continue to be successful with our target market of contractors ✅

Two years ago, we set out on a mission to “cultivate a feeling of ‘home’ for every guest stay”.

Today, some of our homes are ranked in the top 10% of listings globally 🌎 & we’ve established relationships with clients that choose to stay with us whenever they have a project on in Manchester👷🏽‍♂️

Here’s to ‘25, where we hope to build on our success of hosting contractors for mid-term stays (e.g. 1-6 months+) 🏘️

Situated just 10 minutes away from Manchester city centre, our first client will be staying with us for six-seven months while their team work on the redevelopment of the AO Arena 👷🏽‍♂️👷🏽‍♂️
