Hi peeps. Here are a selection of essential oils to help your immune system.

Clove bud oil, cinnamon oil, eucalyptus oil, a citrus oil such as orange or lemon, and rosemary oil. If you have any pre existing health conditions, please check to make sure it is safe for you to use oils.

There are various ways to use them effectively including aroma air diffusers, adding a few drops to your bath or handkerchief, or adding to a carrier oil and applying directly to your skin ie wrist and temples. You could even indulge and ask your other half to give you a massage 😘
