🌟🌳WOODLAND YOGA & SOUNDBATH🌳🌟

Join us for our woodland yoga and soundbath special at Dearden Wood May 24th from 10:30am. We will take a ramble through the woods from our meeting spot, before a dynamic breath-led yoga practice and soundbath relaxation.

You will be soothed by a combination of solfeggio healing frequencies, played to help your nervous system relax and settle, and send you into a deep meditative state. This is achieved by use of singing bowls, chimes, gongs, and other musical instruments that are tuned to 432 Hz. This is a perfect frequency for 'grounding' attendees and feeling connected once again to the Earth and nature.

Katie Simpson will be waiting on us with treats and chai around the fire once we resurface.
