Very proud moment! 🥲
I first met Nicky in February 2024 — he had just started training and set himself the goal of completing a marathon. Within a few short months, not only did he finish his first ever marathon, but he also completed his second by May 2024!

He completely fell in love with the sport, and his training just went from strength to strength. Nicky was always such great fun to have in for treatment — friendly, determined, and always plotting how to sneak in a new pair of trainers without his partner finding out! 😄

Life hasn’t always been smooth sailing, but he stayed consistent and kept showing up. Then one day, he came in and told me he’d signed up for a 70.3 Ironman in Weymouth.

Today, he arrived after the race with the best gift — his finish line photo. He absolutely smashed it with an incredible time and now officially has the triathlon bug!

Here is to all the amazing athletes I get to joy of working with, whether it's their first marathon or representing GB for age group in a destination event, I am so proud of all!

Big congratulations to Mr Consistency himself – Steven Ellerby 👏⚽️
The man turns up, does the graft, never moans (well, not much 👀), and somehow still has enough left in the tank to nick Player of the Month.

His reward? A sports massage with Lucy Ogden 💆‍♂️ – much to the jealousy of the rest of the lads who’ll have to make do with Deep Heat and a cold shower.

Consistency pays off, Steven. Just remember… it’s a massage, not a season ticket 😉
