We gather together, in the soft evening light.
Inclusive and welcoming, for all to partake,
Listen to your body, no need to overtake.

Stretching and strengthening, our bodies entwine,
Flexibility and balance, like the graceful vine.
Each pose, a journey, to our inner core,
Breathing with purpose, we seek and explore.

With every exhale, tension slips away,
Inhaling new energy, for a brighter day.
Yoga’s gifts are plenty, for mind, body, and soul,

Friday
3:00pm - Arrival & settle in (Get ready to unwind and relax!)
4:15pm - Light, gentle yoga and flexibility class to stretch out after your journey (Let's limber up together!)
5:30-5:45pm - Evening meal (Enjoy a delicious meal to fuel up)
7:00pm - Evening meal (BYOT - Bring Your Own Tipple for a little extra fun!)

Saturday
8:00am-9:15am - Rise and shine with a morning Yogalates class (Let's start the day right with a mix of yoga and Pilates!)
9:30am - Breakfast (Fuel up for a day of adventures)
10:30am - Coastal walk with Paul's famous frivolities and picnic lunch (Enjoy the views and tasty treats!)
3:00pm - Relax at home with a beverage and snack (Time to unwind and recharge)
3:45pm - Pilates with the wonderful Gillian Thomas (Get ready to feel the burn in the best way!)
5:00pm - Wind down with Pranayama and Yoga Nidra meditation (Breathe deep and relax your mind)
