So lovely to see our Women’s Health Club event featured in Cheshire Engaged magazine 💜

It was a truly special evening full of real conversations, expert advice, and powerful moments shared by an incredible community of women. I’m so proud to have been part of it - bringing important topics like menopause, endometriosis, and pelvic health into the spotlight.

Thank you to everyone who came, spoke, supported, and made the night what it was. Here’s to more events, more empowerment, and more women’s health conversations that matter. 💫

⭐️ International Women’s Day is a time to recognise the contributions of women across every industry and community. I was honoured to be invited as a speaker, sharing a room with so many inspiring people!

I spoke about imposter syndrome and how it disproportionately affects women - a conversation that needs to keep happening!

Beyond celebrating progress, today is also a reminder of the work still to be done. Empowering women isn’t just about recognition. It’s about real action: creating opportunities, fostering inclusivity, and making sure every woman has the support to thrive.

🌸 Because when women succeed, everyone benefits!

What a fantastic morning at Spire Manchester’s Meeting of Minds! ☕️✨

I had the pleasure of sharing my journey—what’s shaped me into the doctor I am today, my experiences beyond the clinic, the power of social media in raising health awareness, and an honest conversation about imposter syndrome—something so many of us face, yet rarely talk about.

It was amazing to connect with such a brilliant group of professionals, all driven by the same passion for learning, growing, and making an impact.

A big thank you to Glossy Magazine and Spire Manchester for hosting this inspiring event!

“To cure sometimes, to relieve often, to comfort always.” – Hippocrates

A thoughtful gift and kind words from a patient had me reflecting on this. Medicine isn’t just about treatments and prescriptions—it’s about being there for people in their most vulnerable moments. Grateful for the privilege to do what I do.

It was a real pleasure to kick off the first menopause café at Spire Manchester Hospital!

I was joined by my colleague Louise Olson, and together we covered key topics including menopause, HRT, genitourinary syndrome of menopause, bladder concerns, and incontinence.

It was amazing to see such a great turnout, and I’m so grateful to everyone who attended and actively took part. The discussions and questions really made it feel like a collaborative space where women could share, learn, and support one another.

A huge thank you to Spire Manchester for hosting and to everyone who made it such an engaging and informative event!
