We have an exciting job opportunity at our family run, community independent pharmacy!

Pharmacy / dispensing assistant required. Experience desirable but not essential. Full time (36 hours) and part time considered.
The role involves:
- Serving customers politely and answering telephone queries.
- checking off orders accurately and ensuring stock is dated rotated and shelves are well stocked.
- taking part in shop merchandising/ seasonal creative displays and stock ordering.
- cleaning of shelves and shared areas, hoovering and any other duties required.
- learning about over the counter medicines and developing clinical skills to assist the Pharmacist.

Perks: Staff discount, 4 weeks annual leave, no bank holiday working, all training provided and paid for, uniform and refreshments provided.

Brief person specification:
✅ Education to GCSE standard with pass in Maths & English
✅ Computer literate and ability to learn new IT skills
✅ Hold a current & clean full UK driving license
✅ Excellent communication skills both verbal and and written
✅ Fitness to stand for several hours, lift and carry deliveries, climb stairs and stools.
