Hayfever season is starting. Increasingly we see more people struggling to control their symptoms.

To get the most out of your antihistamine your our Pharmacist advises the following 👇

🌸 Start taking your antihistamine BEFORE symptoms get really bad.
🌸 Be consistent, take your antihistamine daily.
🌸 Switch it up. If one preparation isn’t as effective try another. Each individual will find one that suits them better than others.
🌸 Be realistic. An antihistamine alone won’t sort every single hayfever symptom. You may need to use a combination of products to target other symptoms like congestion, nose and eye symptoms.
