We're sharing some of our favourite images of Greater Manchester (because why not?) and we LOVE this snap of Manchester city centre - could this be any more Mancunian? We love going for a lunchtime walk around the city when we're working from the office.

Taxi and private hire drivers play a unique role in our communities.
Across Greater Manchester, taxi and private hire drivers are being encouraged to complete a short online training course that could help them spot the signs someone might be struggling – and even save a life.

If you're a taxi or private hire driver, take the Zero Su***de Alliance training to learn how to recognise warning signs and provide support - search Zero Su***de Alliance.

April is stress awareness month, and the theme this year is 'Be The Change', encouraging individuals to take action to manage stress and support others.

Being active regularly can help you to burn off nervous energy, so it could be a way for you to deal with stress. Exercise might also help you manage or reduce stress.

Visit the NHS website for more information about how to manage stress and where to go if you need a additional support. We'll post the link in the comments.

SURVEY CLOSES SOON! NHS Greater Manchester is running a short survey to learn more about people whose shoulder pain hasn’t resolved with conventional treatment and may need further clinical care.
They are especially keen to hear from people who injured their shoulder:

• Through sport or exercise (e.g. rugby, martial arts, gym training)
• Through manual or repetitive work (e.g. plastering, construction, trade work)

If that sounds like you, we’d appreciate you taking a few minutes to complete the survey (link in the comments below). Don't forget to share with anyone who might be interested. Thanks!
