Thanks for your kind messages :)

Nothing broken or fractured! Just a sprained left ankle, sprained right knee and sprained right hip. So I now have a new stylish boot and a pair of crutches :)

So I have to stay off my feet and icing for the next few days while the ligaments un-stretch themselves. So I'm afraid I'm not sure when I'll be taking appointments this week but I'll let you know.
