Join Faye and myself for a 2.5-hour retreat afternoon designed to support your nervous system, hormones, and overall wellbeing.
You’ll experience:
• 1 hour of relaxed, practical nutrition and lifestyle guidance
Simple, realistic ways to support your body through hormonal shifts – whether that’s peri menopause, PMS, or just feeling off balance.
• 1 hour of guided, mindful breathwork
A grounding practice to help you deeply relax on the day, and techniques you can take into daily life.
• Connection and conversation with refreshments
A chance to chat in a supportive, relaxed space, ready to drift home feeling inspired and relaxed.
