yoga teacher
Hi, thanks for visiting my page. I first discovered yoga twenty years ago to help me manage the physical discomfort of scoliosis but found it also helped with the emotional side of living with a chronic condition, bringing a sense of calm and harmony between my (wonky!) body and mind.
I teach hatha yoga focusing on building up to classic postures safely and with breath awareness to create a greater ease of movement and relaxation. I also incorporate a range of breathing techniques and restorative postures into my classes to aid relaxation and release tension.
I'm available for:
- class bookings (corporate and yoga studio)
- ad-hoc workshops or tasters for community groups / charities
- individual/paired sessions in your own home.
