Join us for Functional Flow, the perfect mid-week lunchtime reset for your body and mind.

The class uses the backbone of vinyasa yoga, and blends elements of other movement disciplines to create a diverse and fiery flow that will engage the core and tone the limbs.

Expect to recognise movements from pilates, barre, and functional fitness. We will use repetitions to bring muscle activation, while focusing on alignment, form, and breath.

INTRODUCING THE NEW WAY TO SPA! Welcome to the spa at The Lowry Hotel; a world dedicated to your wellbeing. Styled to perfectly combine relaxation and advanced rejuvenation, our contemporary urban spa is the first UK hotel spa to feature the award-winning QMS Medicosmetics Skincare and Spa Treatment Collection and offers treatments from the number one luxury skincare brand Elemis.

Located on the first floor of the hotel, the spa features six expansive treatment rooms, a relaxation room, sauna facilities, a dedicated mani/pedi area. There is also a gym and hair salon. A colonic hydrotherapy clinic is offered five days a week.

Highlights include the bespoke Signature Treatment, the advanced anti-ageing Collagen Rejuvenation, restorative Skin Cell Renewal and skin enhancing Pure Oxygen facials, as well as an interactive Customised Spa Bar that allows you to create your own treatment.
