It is my intention to create a safe and comfortable environment where you can relax and revive yourself. Reflexology encourages the body to optimise its own healing potential. When the body is in diis- ease it is out of balance, Reflexology seeks to address this imbalance. Living in a fast paced often stressful world stillness and calm can elude us, reflexolgy can provide this energy. I operate a sliding price scale please contact me for further details . Good morning

I had the greatest of pleasure sharing information about reflexology with other women this week, at Sale WI, The Willows
It was a brief presentation, as you might know I can wax lyrical about reflexology so I hope I shared enough to make people curious .

Sometimes I need to do little things that make me step out of my comfort zone to stay fresh and relevant. What might you do this week to challenge yourself?
