Good Morning!

We have some exciting news to share about an upcoming event at Middleton PCN Hub.

Middleton Primary Care Network are hosting a Diabetes awareness event on Wednesday 26th March 2025 between 10:00 and 14:00. The hub is based on the first floor of Middleton Shopping Centre.

Are you a patient at one of the below surgeries? Or do you want to be? Then see below what we can offer you during our upcoming event day!

We will have a GP available to answer questions about diabetes as well as a clinical pharmacist on site to discuss diabetic medication. We will also have a professional supporting with referrals for diabetic eye scans.

We will also be offering patients the opportunity to be put on a waitlist for a diabetic health review which includes bloods and foot checks 💉🦶🏥
