You are warmly invited to our Stay Well Collective Wellbeing Walk.

Venue: Anderton Centre, New Rd, Rivington, PR6 9HG

Spending time together face to face in a relaxed, social environment is an important part of maintaining our own wellbeing. It allows us to strengthen relationships, support one another, and build a greater sense of community that simply can’t be replicated online. Taking a short break to connect in person can make a real difference to how we feel, both individually and collectively.

A one-hour walk, followed by relaxing with like minded people over tea, coffee and cake.

What a great day yesterday was at Itsmental wellbeing day at uclan university. Met some amazing people and some inspiring people. And I look forward to doing it again.

We had a winner of the putting competition and they will be messaged shortly. 6 putts in a row was the record for the competition.

And then to the evening with 4 hours worth of bookings.
