☄️Cormac is a proud first class honours (1:1) graduate with a bachelor’s (Hons) degree in Sports Rehabilitation and Athletic Therapy from SETU Carlow, Ireland and member of ARTI (Athletic Rehabilitation Therapy Ireland) as a certified athletic therapist (CAT).
Recently moving to the UK to begin my MSc Physiotherapy degree at the University of Greater Manchester.

☄️This type of massage employs specific techniques such as effleurage, kneading, and trigger point therapy, customized to meet the unique needs of the individual and their sport. It can be administered before, during, or after physical activity, as well as injury rehabilitation.
