Our Story
Laylah Stone Creations came about quite by accident just before Christmas 2013 when I shared a personalised Christmas Decoration I’d made with a colleague. In a real world sense, they went viral, and lots of them sold. I donated this to a good cause I support in Icmeler, Turkey… cause that I still wholeheartedly support to this day.
As Laylah Stone Creations, I expanded my portfolio into handstamped metals, making unique and quirky products that were very popular (particularly the naughty sweary keyrings!) but all good things... I had to give this up as issues with my hands meant I could no longer hold the metal stamps. I thought that was the end of my business, but then began to explore more of my love of crystals to help with my poorly hands, and what do you know, they’ve improved. Enough for me to be able to start creating jewellery again, but sadly not metal stamping, so this called for a rebrand!
And Laylah & The Lilac Unicorn rose from the ashes to what I have today (2020) - a tiny business creating fun wearable crystals, mainly in sterling silver and copper, but other metals too, wholeheartedly embracing the influence of our beautiful Moon and taking inspiration from the Universe, the Magickal World, our wonderful Gaia and her abundance of crystals. Sharing some of my own quirkiness, the things I learn along the way, my take on the guidance I receive and generally spreading a little positivity in a world that needs more of that stuff.
