This months challenge is all about Self Care. Moving your body doesn’t always mean sweating or getting the steps in. Your body needs to move in so many ways so I have selected videos that nourish your body and support your health journey. There are stretches targeting certain areas we carry tension, there are dynamic warm up exercises and self massage using tennis balls.

If your feeling aches and pains, sluggish, fatigued or stressed then these sessions will help support you.

I wanted to share a lovely email I received from a client who lives in Toronto a few months at a time, while her daughter lives in Manchester ❀ it made my heart warm so thought I’d share 


I just wanted to wish you a merry Christmas and let you know how much my daughter and I have been enjoying the advent calendar. She has brought hers and I mine. She’s in Manchester and I’m in Toronto and we do them together most days. Neither of us has missed one yet. It’s been such fun.

I won’t be doing my usual in studio classes this month (I do have a lovely instructor covering so still book on!), I am still doing massages during the day on Wednesday’s and Thursdays’s.

I am not teaching my usual Zoom or in-studio classes this month as my husband is away with work for a month (il let you know what he is up to in the next post!).

I have got a lovely new instructor teaching my in-studio classes in October so book on for those as usual,
but for those who do my Zoom sessions:

I would love it if you keep up with the usual sessions each week so this month the Core Members challenge is to do weekly classes as if you were joining in my live Zoom classes.

There are Fitness Pilates and 'Hot' Pilates channels on the membership so you can select the class you want to do each week. Keep it going through October and feel great this Autumn.

I love a bit of myofascial release, especially after exercise. I usually combine this with my stretches.
Sunday morning routine is a run (alone..bliss!) then usually a nice big stretch and myofascial release. The kids love to join in. Lead by example and teach these little crazy kids some healthy habits for their future selves.

What is myofascial release?
It’s self massage using tennis balls. We work from the feet all the way up to the head releasing tension points around the body.

I am running a clinic to stop you feeling pain day to day.

The clinic will run 20th April till 18th May.
