Supplements help prevent deficiencies, support energy levels, protect bone health, and maintain overall wellbeing. Regular blood tests and follow-up appointments ensure everything stays on track.

Hydration After Weight Loss Surgery💧

Staying well hydrated is one of the most important parts of your recovery. After surgery, your stomach capacity is smaller, so sipping fluids regularly throughout the day becomes essential.

Small, frequent sips - rather than large amounts at once - help prevent dehydration and support healing, energy levels, and overall wellbeing.

Building good hydration habits early on makes a big difference to how you feel, both in the short term and long term.

Fat Intake After Weight Loss Surgery🥑

After surgery, your body’s tolerance for fats can change, and some high-fat foods may be harder to digest. Healthy fats - like avocado, olive oil, nuts, and seeds - are important in moderation for overall nutrition and satiety.

Balancing fat intake while following your team’s guidance helps protect your digestive comfort, supports healing, and contributes to long-term success. Listening to your body and introducing foods gradually makes this phase much easier to manage.
