I’ve had quite a few messages lately about treatments & Reiki training – thank you for your patience while I’ve been a little MIA! Summer always seems to fly by

Here’s a quick update:
✨ At the moment, I’m offering mobile treatments (in your home) and distance healing
✨ I’m also available for longer, deeper sessions and personalised ceremonies in your home.
✨ If you prefer an in-person treatment in a dedicated space, I wholeheartedly recommend an Accredited Ki Retreat Healer 💚 Pop her a message and let her know I sent you!

✨ 1-1 Transformational Firewalk ceremonies are also available - I offer these at your home or chosen space (depending on the space being suitable)

As for training courses, I don’t have group dates set just yet, but if you’re interested, send me a message! I also have much more flexibility to run these from my home – just one little thing… you’ll need to be a dog lover! 🐾!

A moment of rhythm, reverence, and return.

In shamanic traditions, when we go through trauma, grief, or moments we weren't ready to process, a part of our soul can step away to protect us. This is called soul loss, and it's more common than we think.

It can show up as:
– A lost or silenced voice
– Feeling numb or disconnected
– Chronic people-pleasing or hiding
– Creative block or fear of being seen
– That deep, nagging sense: something is missing

🪘 The drum becomes a bridge, helping us journey inward to reconnect with those lost parts.

Not to force them back, but to invite them home 💚
