Today is International Women’s Day 🤍

A day to honour the strength, resilience and quiet courage of women everywhere.

The women who hold families together.
The women who speak up when it would be easier to stay silent.
The women who show kindness, compassion and understanding in a world that often moves too fast.

I think about the women who shaped me…
those who came before me, those walking beside me, and the young girls growing up with their own dreams and voices.

There is something incredibly powerful about women supporting women lifting each other up, standing up for what is right, and choosing kindness even when life feels heavy.

Today is a reminder that every woman carries a story, a strength and a light that deserves to be seen.

To all the women navigating life, healing, growing, learning, loving and showing up each day you matter more than you know.

Sometimes I have to pause and really take this in 🫶🏼

Receiving words like this means more than I can explain.

Creating a space where you can walk in, leave the world outside, and simply be… that’s always my intention. A room that feels safe. Calm. Unrushed. A moment where everything is about you.

As women especially, we’re so used to putting ourselves last. So when someone tells me they’ve already booked their next session because they finally allowed themselves that time — it honestly fills my heart.

I am a Level 3 VTCT qualified, FHT registered and a fully insured Massage & Reiki Therapist. Whether you want to improve your general health, struggle with back pain or muscle discomfort or just need time to relax, I can provide you with an appropriate treatment according to your individual needs.

My passion is to help heal people inside and out. I believe self-care is a MUST in today’s busy world. Regular bodywork and energy work are the keys to living up to your fullest potential. Massage and Reiki can be beneficial to everyone.

I value holding space, educating the client about their body, and careful listening to achieve the goals of each individual. My approach to treatment involves a full intake assessment to identify any conditions so that I am better able to treat my clients and focus on your specific and individual needs.
