Oh man!! What an epic day yesterday! Fantastic supporters, fab weather and an epic Sunday roast afterwards! My legs are ruined and coming down the stairs is a comedy act!! Both my second toes are black, but together we raised a WHOPPING £795 for Alzheimer's Society!!!

Why some areas on the feet feel tender or painful during Reflexology

A question I’m often asked is:
“Why does that spot on my foot feel tender?”

Tenderness in certain areas of the feet is very common, and it’s not something to worry about.

The feet reflect the whole body.
When an area is sensitive, it can indicate that the corresponding part of the body/mind or nervous system has been under pressure, overworked, stressed or adapting to how a part of the body/mind change.

Tenderness can be linked to:
🔆 tension or stress held in the nervous system
🔆 areas that have been compensating or overworking
🔆 emotional or mental issues
🔆 reduced circulation or mobility in that area

As reflexology continues, these tender spots often soften.
This is a beautiful sign that the body is responding, rebalancing and letting go.

Your body speaks through your feet, hands, face and ears not to alarm you, but to guide you.
Reflexology simply listens and supports that conversation.

Gentle awareness creates change.
And your body always knows the way back to balance 💚

Hi everyone,

So, I gave you all the great news back in August that I had a place on the official adidas Manchester Marathon and that I'd be raising money for a FANTASTIC cause, Alzheimer's Society.

Training has started and is well underway - Over the next few weeks, I'll be feeding my updates onto my social media with lots of pleas for donations!! 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
