Hi everyone, I'm back from my holidays feeling refreshed. Children have gone back to school so I've definitely more headspace!

Just to let you know that as of next week, my hours at the clinic have changed slightly. I'll no longer be doing Wednesday mornings and Friday evenings, due to other commitments.

Hi everyone!!

Things have just gotten very real! On behalf of Alzheimer's Society, an official charity of the Manchester Marathon, I'll be running this event next April.

The aim is to raise at least £400 so I'll be setting up a Just Giving page soon, and will be needing all your help to raise some money for such an amazing cause.
