Yesterday, the University of Liverpool hosted a beautiful plaque ceremony in the historic Eleanor Rathbone Building, honouring our very own lead clinician, Dr Penny Trayner : founder of Kompass Health, and recipient of the prestigious UKRI Women in Innovation award.

Dr Trayner’s work has revolutionized rehabilitation practices, establishing Kompass as a gold-standard clinical tool that continues to transform lives. Her journey from student to trailblazing innovator is a powerful reminder of what’s possible with vision, determination, and the drive to make a difference.

👥 Be part of a project organized by Goal Manager® in partnership with FLX, supported by the NIHR i4i Programme: Exploring Use of the FLX App in a Brain Injury Population.

Here's what you need to know:

1️⃣ Project Purpose: We're investigating the feasibility of the FLX app in a new population, aiming to enhance pain management and movement through musculoskeletal exercises. Your feedback will directly shape the app's development, ensuring it meets your needs!

2️⃣ Participation Details: If you're interested, researchers will explain the study and answer questions. If eligible, you'll receive access to the FLX app and support in starting the program. Assessments will be conducted at various intervals.

3️⃣ Who Can Participate: Individuals with brain injuries who have a written/verbal understand of English and meet mobility criteria (detailed in image).
