Whether you carve it, paint it, or dress it up in a spooky or silly theme — we want to see your pumpkin masterpieces! 🖌️🔪👻

🗳️ Our residents will be the judges, and the winning pumpkin will be announced on Halloween!

Fresh Air & Hot Drinks 🍁🍂

Making the most of a dry autumn morning, we enjoyed a gentle stroll to our local favourite, The Coffee House, for some delicious hot drinks ☕️

The trees are beginning to show their autumn colours, and the crisp air made it the perfect day to wrap up warm and savour a cosy cuppa

On the way home, resident Angela made a new furry friend — a local pup who clearly didn’t want to leave her side! 🥹💜

An Oktoberfest to Remember! 🍻

What an incredible afternoon we had last Friday celebrating Oktoberfest! From the lively tunes of Male Vocalist - Shaun Sloan, who had everyone up dancing and singing along, to the mouth-watering German-inspired food; crispy schnitzel, juicy bratwurst, warm pretzels, and ice-cold beers served in traditional steins — it was a celebration to remember 🇩🇪🍺🥨

The atmosphere was nothing short of amazing!

As Gillian put it, “I’ve had such a lovely afternoon! The singer was amazing, and the food and drink were great. Thanks for organising!” 🤩💜

We gave origami a go; with an Autumnal theme, foxes 🦊🍂

Using a step by step guide, our residents folded their way into making a charming origami puppet 📜❤️

When it came to naming our creations, Jon said foxes must be named something distinguished; we opted for François 🧐

We also learnt a group of foxes is called a skulk.. some sneaked into our garden 👀🦊🍃

For some of our ladies and gents got together in the morning to learn some basic sign language👌

We learnt the alphabet, greetings and manners. Despite our residents stating they had never learnt any sign before, they all did a marvellous job at the hand movements ✌️😃

In the afternoon we got creative and made a sign language bunting, spelling Four Oaks 🎨 👋

Anthony said it's never too late to learn something new, and we couldn't agree more 🥰💜
